I have received my order but am missing a product or part
1. If it is a remote, wall control or light, please first check in the box of the fan to make sure it is not packaged together.
2. Make sure you have received all boxes. On the freight sticker it will tell you how many boxes you should have received.
3. Check your order confirmation to make sure you ordered correctly.
