I have received my order but I think I have received the wrong product(s)
1. Double check the information available on the box against your order confirmation. Please note that model numbers and colours may be ticked to indicate the colour inside so check the box fully.
We have had a few instances of people purchasing fans without light then realising they really wanted the fan with light option. If the light is integrated and you cannot purchase the light as an accessory (if you can it will be listed as an accessory on the fan product page), you will need to use the Change of Mind Request Form for these situations.
