Warranty / Faulty Product Form

I have installed my fan(s) but something is wrong / faulty

1. Check your invoice for the warranty information for the fan. In most cases there will be a direct warranty line you can call for technical advice and/or warranty procedures.
2. Follow the warranty procedure – you may need proof of purchase which you can use your invoice. If you cannot find your invoice, you can submit a Request For Invoice Copy below:
