The fan also comes with two different downrod sizes (125mm / 250mm) so that you can select one to match your room height. The smaller rod creates a 250mm ceiling to blade drop (360mm to the light’s base) and the longer rod offers 375 mm from ceiling to blade (485mm to the light’s base).

Not the easiest fan to install, but they do what the are supposed to. Nice and quite they are a reasonably price fan. I bought this fan to replace our broken one. I would buy a fan with a remote if I was installing from scratch.
