Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. Occasionally, to speed up delivery, your order may be sent directly from a secondary warehouse. If you don’t see the tracking email, be sure to check your spam or junk folders. Still can’t find it? Reach out to us for assistance. Our orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Items listed as Pre Order will also have an ETA date published and will be dispatched on or after this date. Deliveries to metro areas including Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, can expect their orders to arrive between 2 and 5 business days unless circumstances beyond our control occur which results in a delay in your order arrival. All other main towns usually can expect delivery between 4 and 7 business days unless the area is remote. Learn more.

Most ceiling fans have an optional manufacturer warranty which covers labour as well as parts. Submit your claim directly with the manufacturer for a faster turnaround. You can do so by checking your invoice or the product listing for the manufacturer contact details.
