Extension Rods

The Mercator Ikuu (W-CRMEIKMI90BL-LOOM) extension rods can be used for the black Minota DC ceiling fan. It will allow the ceiling fan to be lowered to the required height.

They are available in fixed sizes and can be cut to size by the installer if shorter rods are required.

Lower the height of a ceiling fan. This rod comes in a fixed size but can be cut to a shorter size if needed

This extension rod by Ventair is designed to suit the Glacier, Alaska, and Skyfan ceiling fans.

Extension rods are often used on higher than average ceilings so that the ceiling fan blades can sit lower, therefore optimising the airflow impact. The extension rod replaces the smaller rod provided with the ceiling fan. This extension rod can be cut to your desired length.

These Hunter Pacific Extension rods are used to lower the ceiling fan to the required height. They are available in fixed sizes and can be cut to size by the installer, if shorter rods are required. Sizes available are 90cm and 180cm. This rod has a diameter of 26mm.
Any ceiling fan should be at least 2.1 metres from the floor to the blades of the fan. If you have ceilings above 3 metres, you may require an extension rod.
