The Activ 4 Blade DC Ceiling Fan is a new addition to the Airborne range. It is an example of how performance can be achieved in a simple, contemporary design. 4 ABS plastic blades span an overall 52″ diameter, making it suitable for most household areas and outdoor spaces. This model includes an 18w retrofitted LED Light with colour changing technology (3000K, 4000K, 6000K). An efficient 38w DC motor powers the Activ producing an impressive airflow of 13,852 m3/hr. The fan is suitable for angled ceilings up to 28 degrees, reversible for all season use, and has 10.7 degree pitched blades that enhance aerodynamics, making it a versatile ceiling fan option.

The Airborne Activ packs plenty of features into a quality 52″ ceiling fan with an included hardwired wall control. This can switch between each of the fan’s 3 speed settings (note the fan is supplied with a 3 speed wall control mechanism, your installing electrician will need to provide a suitable faceplate). The Activ is fully reversible for summer & winter via a switch on the motor. With 4 quality ABS blades and an energy efficient DC motor, the Activ produces airflow at a high quality.
This model includes an 18W led light switchable between 3000K, 4000K, and 6000K colour temperatures. The light has a brightness of 1503 lumens and is retrofittable. The Activ can be installed indoor or undercover outdoors. Airborne provides a 6 year warranty on the fan.
This fan utilises a DC motor, however has an internal inverter and thus is compatible with normal AC electrical systems. Cannot be connected directly to a DC power source.

*Note: A 3 speed wall control mechanism is provided with this fan, this is the rotary dial you use to adjust the speeds and turn the fan off. It does not include a switch for the light. Your installing electrician will need to provide a 3 gang switch with plate, to ensure that you have a switch for the light and an isolation switch.
