The initial experience with this company was actually quite positive. Purchasing and delivery were seamless, and the staff I interacted with were truly helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the installation service has been a complete letdown. I paid an extra $285 to have the fan installed through the company’s preferred service. When the electrician arrived, he advised me to swap the unit for a model with a light instead. I followed his professional advice and made the swap. However, despite reaching out multiple times to reschedule the actual installation, I received an email last week saying the job was “completed” in their system. It appears I’ve effectively paid $285 for a single brief consultation with Copper Road Electrical and no actual installation. The Bottom Line: Buy the fan here, but save your money and hire your own electrician. I’m currently out nearly $300 with a fan still sitting in a box and no resolution in sight.
