With an IP66 rating and vacuum-sealed construction, this product offers superior protection against water, dust, and particulates. The warranty covers mechanical failure due to water ingress only when the fan is installed and used as directed. Damage caused by extreme weather, corrosive materials, high winds, UV exposure, or comparable conditions is not covered. Users must ensure the product is appropriate for their intended application.

The remote control includes a wall cradle, best installed in a safe, indoor location away from external exposure. The timer allows you to set intervals of 1, 2, or 4 hours.

Please note: This fan comes with two down-rods (125mm and 250mm) to accommodate different ceiling heights. The 125mm down-rod is suitable for ceilings 2.5m or higher, positioning the fan 303mm below the ceiling. The 250mm down-rod is designed for taller ceilings, lowering the blades to 428mm from the ceiling.
