The Typhoon Ceiling Fan is an ideal indoor fan. If you want a Hunter Pacific Typhoon fan for the outdoors, please see the Typhoon marine-grade stainless steel model (listed separately). This fan is available with 48″, 52″ and 56″ blade lengths to suit the particular size of your room.
This Hunter Pacific ceiling fan comes with a pressed steel motor and metal blades, both are painted white. This ceiling fan is designed to move large amounts of air and features a 19-degree blade pitch. It has three speed settings (slow, medium and fast). For the reverse functionality, a switch on the motor reverses the direction of its spin. This allows for cooling in the summer and keeping hot air down in winter.
The Typhoon Ceiling Fan is a quality product. It is designed for long-life use and quiet operation. It comes with a 7-year manufacturer warranty.
The Typhoon comes with a 3-speed wall controller included. A compatible remote control can purchased to operate the fan instead. It can also be fitted with a light. An extension rod can be purchased for installation on high ceilings. Please see the accessories section for these products.
The Typhoon ceiling fan comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. This covers 3 years in-home and a further 4-year replacement warranty. Please see Hunter Pacific’s website for more information regarding the warranty.
