The Typhoon Timber Ceiling Fan is an ideal indoor fan. For salty air areas, consider the Marine Grade Typhoon 316 or Typhoon Plastic blade models. (These are listed separately). This Typhoon Timber has lacquered plywood blades to ensure longevity. The blades have a 12 degree pitch. The Hunter Pacific Typhoon moves large amounts of air with a slow spin. This makes it very popular for bedrooms!

This Hunter Pacific ceiling fan has a pressed steel motor and timber blades. The motor is Antique Brass and the blades are painted walnut. It can be placed on three speed settings (slow, medium and fast). The Typhoon Timber ceiling fan also has a switch on the motor to reverse the direction of the blades. This means the fan can be used in summer for cooling or winter for keeping the hot air down.

The Typhoon Timber ceiling fan is a quality product. It is designed for long-life use and quiet operation. It comes with a 5 year manufacturer warranty.

This model is available in 52″. The Typhoon comes with a 3 speed wall controller  included. A compatible remote control can purchased to operate the fan instead. It can also be fitted with a light. Please see the accessories section for these products.

The Typhoon ceiling fan comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. This covers 2 years in home and a further 3 year replacement warranty. Please see Hunter Pacific’s website for further information regarding the warranty.

Brass colour didn’t quite match the extension pole but close enough. Installation went well and fans is a goer.
